Are you a passionate sales professional looking to build a career in Dubai?
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue, building client relationships, and expanding market presence across the UAE.
This position is perfect for ambitious, target-driven individuals with strong communication skills and a natural talent for closing deals.
Responsibilities include:
- Generating and qualifying new leads interested in company formation and business setup services in Dubai and across the UAE
- Consulting potential clients on license types, visa options, and free zone vs. mainland setups
- Managing the full sales cycle — from initial inquiry and needs assessment to proposal and contract closure
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure a smooth onboarding process and high satisfaction
- Collaborating with the operations and PRO teams to ensure accurate documentation and service delivery
- Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales and conversion targets

• Fluent in English & German; Arabic or another language is a plus
